Common questions.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Websites, web applications, online shops, mobile apps, system integrations and AI features. We work with companies, institutions and non-profits, and we host and maintain what we build.
Do you work with organisations outside Rwanda?
Yes. We're based in Kigali but already work with clients in other countries. The Step for the Future Foundation, for example, is in Cameroon. We work together over video calls, email and WhatsApp.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on what you need. After we talk, we send a written proposal with the scope, timeline and price, so you know the cost before any work begins.
How long does a project take?
That depends on the size of the project too. Your proposal will include a timeline we agree on together. Bigger projects are delivered in stages so you can go live sooner.
Can you host and maintain the product after launch?
Yes, that's a big part of what we do. We host and maintain every project in our portfolio.
Can our website be available in several languages?
Yes. This website and our group's website are both available in eight languages. We plan for this from the start of the project.
